We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Hospitalist Physician to join our team at MultiCare Covington Hospital in Covington, Washington.
Our TeamOur hospitalist team is a closely knit group of six physicians, supported by a clinical performance nurse, and is known for its diverse and friendly culture. We prioritize work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling to ensure our physicians can spend quality time with their families or pursue outdoor activities.
Our PracticeWe provide high-quality patient care in a modern, up-to-date facility with a strong relationship with our excellent nursing staff. Our hospitalist practice is designed to handle lower patient volumes and acuity levels, with no ICU or procedures required. We prioritize patient-centered care and focus on growth and development opportunities for our team members.
Our BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $288k-$300k, as well as comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability, 401k with match, paid medical malpractice and tail coverage, and an annual CME allowance. We are also H1B eligible and offer access to Sound's in-house visa specialists and licensing and credentialing experts.
