Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating expertise in surgical nursing and a commitment to excellence.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of nursing practice and patient safety.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, fostering a culture of respect and compassion.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in a surgical setting.
