About the Role

At Advanced Technology Services (ATS), we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with local Maintenance Engineers to develop, update, and verify current Operations Procedures and Maintenance Standards (OPMS) and adhere to customer-specified Acceptance Quality Evaluation (AQE) processes.
  • Work closely with plant Value Stream Leaders to optimize AQE processes and drive site cost savings.
  • Analyze and utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and other databases to inform maintenance decisions.
  • Partner with the maintenance team to leverage predictive, preventative, and precision maintenance technologies and strategies to identify and mitigate risks prior to failure.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, bad actor identification, and fault tree analysis to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collect and analyze data to provide weekly and monthly cost savings metrics for site roll-up reporting.
  • Support the implementation of the FMS Standardization strategy.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree and two years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience with CMMS, Efactory Pro, and SAP is preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as proficiency in Power BI and Visio.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Pinpoint is required.
  • Six Sigma experience is a plus.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a moderately noisy business office environment. The employee will be required to use hands, speak, and hear regularly, and may need to sit for extended periods, reach with arms, and use close vision.
