Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing routine medical procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN school of nursing.
- Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- Current National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 2 years of medical office experience.
