Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Kaiser Permanente in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify health risks, and develop strategies to prevent complications.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program and licensure as a Practical Nurse in the State of Colorado.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
  • Practical Nurse License (Colorado) and I.V. therapy certification may be required for some positions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BLS certification.
  • Six (6) months of experience with adults, pediatrics, and/or trauma.
