Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage plant personnel to ensure effective implementation of safety policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the maintenance of food safety and sanitation standards, including the application of company SSOPs and GMPs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve food quality and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on food safety and sanitation procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food safety and sanitation, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food compliance regulations, including USDA regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:

This is a third shift position, working 6PM-6AM, with a 2*2*3 schedule.
