Qualifications:
Willingness to obtain or current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children, OR a Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, education, child development, or a related discipline, OR a combination of relevant experience and education.

Strong communication skills for effective interaction with families and other professionals
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Highly organized with attention to detail
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Ability to engage in physical activities with children for extended periods (crawling, kneeling, sitting, standing, and bending).

Proficient in technology usage
Genuine passion for assisting children and their families
Possession of a valid driver's license
A reliable vehicle with current insurance
A clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) without significant infractions, required within the first month of employment and reviewed annually.
Must be a high school graduate and at least 18 years old

Job Responsibilities:
Participate in team meetings
Accurately document all sessions
Collect data with precision
Maintain clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Utilize feedback from BCBA supervision effectively
Provide ABA therapy in both individual and group settings
Communicate interventions to parents and caregivers professionally
Implement strategies as directed by the BCBA
Collaborate effectively with the entire treatment team

Work Environment:
This role involves working in both clinic and home settings, requiring some travel. Exposure to infectious diseases, blood, and bodily fluids may occur.

Travel Requirements:
This position may necessitate travel.

While fulfilling job duties, the Behavior Support Technician will use their own vehicle and may encounter varying weather conditions.

Personal vehicle insurance must be maintained during work hours, with verification required every six months.
