Behavior Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Peak Behavioral Health. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing home-based services to children with autism and other disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide ABA therapy in individual and group settings
- Collect data accurately and thoroughly document all sessions
- Maintain all clinical records in accordance with HIPPA
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers in a professional manner
- Implement interventions as described by the BCBA
- Willing to obtain a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or already certified as an RBT
- 2+ years of experience working with children, OR Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, education, child development, or a related field, OR a combination of experience and education
- Excellent communication skills with other providers and families
- Must have great problem-solving skills
- Must be highly organized and have a great eye for details
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Physically able to play on the floor with children for long periods of time (crawl, kneel, sit, stand, and bend)
- Proficient in using technology
- Passionate about helping children and their families
- A valid driver's license
- A reliable vehicle and up-to-date vehicle insurance
- A Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) without recent or significant driving infractions
- Hourly wage ($15-$22 per hour)
- Paid 40-Hour Behavior Technician Training
- Free CPR, First Aid, and Safety Care Training
- Field Experience Hours Available After the First 60 Days for Those Pursuing Their BCBA Certification
- Medical/Dental/Vision insurance is available for full-time employees
- Paid Time Off for full-time employees
- 8 Holidays off per year

$125 after first 30 days + $125 after 90 days
This is a part-time position with the opportunity to move into a full-time position if desired. We offer a competitive hourly wage and a comprehensive benefits package.
