Peak Behavioral Health Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Peak Behavioral Health. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing home-based services to children with autism and other disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ABA therapy in individual and group settings
  • Collect data accurately and thoroughly document all sessions
  • Maintain all clinical records in accordance with HIPPA
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers in a professional manner
  • Implement interventions as described by the BCBA
Requirements:
  • Willing to obtain a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or already certified as an RBT
  • 2+ years of experience working with children, OR Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, education, child development, or a related field, OR a combination of experience and education
  • Excellent communication skills with other providers and families
  • Must have great problem-solving skills
  • Must be highly organized and have a great eye for details
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Physically able to play on the floor with children for long periods of time (crawl, kneel, sit, stand, and bend)
  • Proficient in using technology
  • Passionate about helping children and their families
  • A valid driver's license
  • A reliable vehicle and up-to-date vehicle insurance
  • A Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) without recent or significant driving infractions

Hiring Bonus:

$125 after first 30 days + $125 after 90 days

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to move into a full-time position if desired. We offer a competitive hourly wage and a comprehensive benefits package.
