  • Monitor various alarm systems to notify appropriate personnel of active alarms and dispatch personnel as needed.
  • Operate specialized computer systems to facilitate the rapid processing of messages, work orders, and service requests.
  • Read, interpret, and follow processes, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Deliver pages to physicians, on-call personnel, and other employees as needed.
  • Familiar with HICS and able to function during emergency situations.
  • Maintain flexibility in work schedule to meet the needs of the departments 24/7 operations, including weekend and night shifts.
  • Maintain reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with company policies and standards.
  • Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
