Telecom Trainer

Job Summary: TSC Construction LLC is seeking a highly skilled Telecom Trainer to support our team in providing industry-leading training to construction management teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operational and EHS training to crews, ensuring they are equipped to work safely, effectively, and efficiently.

Duties/Responsibilities: The Telecom Trainer will provide classroom and practical training to telecom construction crews, covering topics such as Competent Climber & Rescue, Competent & Qualified Rigger, JHA, NWSA TTT-1 and TTT-2 pathway training, First Aid/CPR, and Capstan Hoist. They will also inspect crews working on job sites, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to adjust training and improve leading/lagging indicators.

Required Skills/Abilities: The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with at least 3 years of experience as a trainer. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LMS databases is required, as well as knowledge of telecommunication site builds and maintenance work.

Physical Requirements: The Telecom Trainer will spend prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, as well as driving and lifting up to 50 pounds. A pre-employment background check and drug screening are required.
