Job Overview

Compensation Package

Job Responsibilities

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing floor, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity while maintaining high quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Production Management: Coordinate and supervise production activities, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a diverse team of production staff, provide guidance, training, and support to ensure their success and well-being.
  • Safety and Quality: Implement and maintain strict safety protocols, conduct regular audits, and address any quality control issues promptly.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve production processes, identify areas for optimization, and implement changes as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing or comparable environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of production principles, quality control, and safety protocols.
