About the Role:
This full-time/part-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management activities of multiple technicians in the performance of garage door service operations, including service repairs, installations, and schedule management via the use of ServiceTitan CRM.
- Efficiently and correctly complete estimates for the sales of garage doors, garage door service calls, and parts via the use of ServiceTitan CRM.
- Answer phones and engage with customers for estimates, scheduling, and payments. Follow up on established leads via phone calls and emails on a daily basis.
- Assist in the ordering of complete garage door packages and parts from various suppliers. Ability to learn the various garage door models and parts.
- Collect data and maintain various reports as directed by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience that would provide the skills and abilities necessary to complete the job.
- 2 years or more experience in the garage door industry - ideal, but not necessary.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management
- Ability to plan, implement and direct field activities
- Strong computer and software skills including scheduling and dispatch management systems
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and general public
- Customer service-oriented outlook on business
- Be a self-starter with the ability to organize multiple projects, manage rapidly shifting priorities and produce tangible, measurable results
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Basic business math and legible handwriting
- Must have valid drivers' license with good driving record and be insurable.
Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on experience)
