Job Overview

TechOp Solutions International, a leading provider of innovative solutions, is seeking an experienced Data Privacy Manager to lead our privacy initiatives and ensure compliance with federal regulations.

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced professional to manage privacy-focused projects and tasks for a federal client, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering results aligned with privacy laws and agency standards.

  • Lead and manage data privacy-related projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Serve as an advisor to the federal privacy officer, providing expertise in all aspects of data privacy.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, IT, program offices, and compliance teams, to align on data privacy initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between TechOp Solutions and the client agency, ensuring all deliverables and deadlines are met.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree or Juris Doctorate preferred.
  • 15+ years of professional experience, including 10+ years in data privacy-related work. (data privacy experience in federal government is a plus).
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Must meet all security eligibility requirements for the position.
