Additional responsibilities include verifying policy accuracy, processing endorsements, ensuring timely and precise documentation of correspondence, applications, quotes, and marketing materials in line with company protocols, and issuing certificates of insurance as required.

Required Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years of insurance experience is essential, ideally in a Senior Account Manager or Account Manager role within an independent agency.
  • Experience with Agency Management Systems is required; familiarity with Applied EPIC is preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • A valid FL 2-20 P&C license is mandatory.
  • Professional designations such as CIC are highly valued but not obligatory.
