GardaWorld is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed Security Officer to join our team. As an Armed Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, observing and reporting on activity at your assigned location, and responding quickly to critical situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a safe and secure environment for clients and employees.
  • Conduct thorough observations and surveys of the assigned location, identifying potential security risks and taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to critical situations, using your training and experience to de-escalate conflicts and ensure a safe outcome.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on incidents and activities, using your strong writing and communication skills.
  • Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards, using your knowledge and expertise to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent (GED)
  • Ability to pass an extensive screening process
  • Military, Law Enforcement, or Corrections experience required
  • Licenses and certifications as required by state and local authorities
