Job Overview

The Event and Trade Show Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing various aspects of the marketing program for Siddons Martin Emergency Group, LLC. This position encompasses the coordination of marketing materials and the execution of events and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures and online content for social media and the company website.
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing assets by collaborating with the marketing team for all events and trade shows.
  • Organize and execute both onsite and offsite events, including capturing significant moments such as factory truck deliveries and special city events.
  • Manage promotional campaigns and merchandise design for trade shows and factory events.
  • Act as the primary contact for trade show bookings and event scheduling.
  • Assist in distributing digital marketing resources to support dealership sales events.
  • Maintain brand image management and ensure it is regularly updated.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in customer relations or sales.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and self-leadership skills.
  • Effective communication abilities, both in-person and remotely.
  • Capability to work collaboratively with a small team of marketing professionals.
  • Willingness to travel 25% to 30% of the time to support marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with trade show or event planning is advantageous.
Education and Experience

A degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with experience in customer interaction and working within a marketing team.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to sit, use hands for various tasks, and communicate effectively. The candidate must occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and possess good vision capabilities.
