We are seeking a dedicated Direct Care Professional to provide support and services for our clients in the Meriden, CT area.

Job Description

This role involves delivering high-quality care and support to individuals, fostering their growth and development in a normalized environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized plans to promote growth and accomplishment
  • Providing care and services that prioritize normalization, caring, and concern
  • Participating in behavior modification systems and contributing to a supportive team environment
  • Assisting with transportation of clients in agency vehicles

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A valid Driver's License
  • One year of relevant experience
  • A valid CPR card
