Aspen Dental Operations Manager Job Description

At Aspen Dental, we're committed to providing exceptional patient care and creating a positive work environment for our team members. As an Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading our dental office and ensuring the highest level of service and quality care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the office in all operational aspects, supporting the doctors in creating lasting impressions and building trust with patients.
  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care, adhering to company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards.
  • Consult with patients on treatment options, verify insurance payments, and ensure high-quality care.
  • Hire, develop, manage, and retain office staff.
  • Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, and create strategies to increase profitability.
  • Prepare and lead daily huddles with the team to optimize patient experience and business performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports.
  • Experience in sales or sales management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • A people-centric leader who motivates and inspires others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking and leverage data to drive business decisions.
