The Role

Fidelity TalentSource is a leading provider of temporary staffing solutions for Fidelity Investments, a global financial services firm. We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Sourcing Partner to join our dynamic team.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in candidate sourcing, talent acquisition, and diversity and inclusion to drive business results. As a Talent Sourcing Partner, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent using industry-standard tools, market research, and social media channels.

You will work closely with our Director, Strategic Sourcing, and other members of the TA organization to develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives. Your goal will be to build a diverse pipeline of candidates and provide data-driven recommendations to business leaders and stakeholders.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • 5+ years of direct candidate sourcing experience in a corporate and/or agency setting, with a strong understanding of various sourcing methods and industry-standard tools.
  • A consultative approach with the ability to build positive relationships with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Partners.
  • A curious spirit with strong research and networking abilities to identify and engage with top talent across various industries.
  • Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and priorities simultaneously, while proactively building talent pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of Boolean search techniques and sourcing automation tools.
  • Sense of urgency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage at all levels across our organization.
The Team

Fidelity's Strategic Sourcing team is passionate about identifying outstanding, passive external talent. We provide dedicated sourcing support across the Fidelity enterprise by using a variety of tools, resources, and platforms to understand the external competitive marketplace and to identify and attract top talent.

We work individually and assist other members of this dynamic team when needed. If you love to source talent and find niche skills in people, this role is for you. Be prepared to work hard, learn, grow, and have fun doing what you love.
