Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various industries
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and business leaders to develop candidate pipelines and support our dedication to building diverse teams
- Provide data-driven recommendations to business leaders and stakeholders to inform sourcing decisions
- Proactively diversify pipeline of candidates to ensure inclusivity and alignment with DEI goals
- Utilize industry-standard tools, market research, and social media channels to identify and engage top talent
