Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at Spherion Staffing & Recruiting. As a Welder, you will be responsible for manufacturing and fabricating finished metal products, installing and repairing equipment, and following blueprints to meet product specifications.Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacture and fabricate metal products to meet customer requirements
  • Install and repair equipment and components to ensure optimal performance
  • Follow engineering blueprints and schematics to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Calculate material measurements to verify specifications and ensure compliance
  • Conduct quality control tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance
Requirements
  • Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or related fields
  • Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
  • Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
  • Ability to handle physical workload and work in a fast-paced environment
