Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programmer Analyst to join our team at the State of Maine. As a key member of our Application Development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using the Oracle technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain application code
Partner with technical staff and end-users to test and refine your work
Work under limited supervision
Supervise, coach, and train junior programmers
Comply with State of Maine standards for production, quality, and productivity

Requirements

Five years' experience with Java developing and supporting software applications, websites, web apps, web services, and mobile apps
Three years' experience with Oracle databases and PL-SQL
Experience in the Spring Boot framework
Experience with Subversion, Git, and GitHub version control software
Experience with basic web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, etc.)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Friendly and collaborative interpersonal skills
