Senior Imagery Analyst

Royce Geo is seeking a seasoned Imagery Analyst to drive modernization efforts and lead a Community of Practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop tradecraft policies, SOPs, and training materials to drive modernization efforts.
- Lead a Community of Practice to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Design and deliver training sessions to enhance analytical skills and capabilities.
Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI Clearance.
- 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and certifications.
- Proven expertise in photogrammetric principles and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of identifying and extracting military order of battle equipment from multi-INT data sources.
- Experience with analytic systems and tools, including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, and Intelink.
- Ability to collaborate with partners across the IC and DoD on technical or substantive topics.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with instruction, facilitation, and project planning.
- Ability to work with customers to promote change and improve analytical capabilities.
