Administrative Coordinator

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year based on location and experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors, provide information about clinic features.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls, take messages as needed.
- Check-in and collect general information from patients on their first visit.
- Verify insurance information and notify clinicians of patient arrival.
- Make appointments for returning patients, print/reprint reminders and excuses.
- Coordinate payment arrangements, receive, store, and deliver shipments and mail.
- Take payments, update charts and patient information.
- Drive internal marketing initiatives and foster participation from everyone.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- One (1) year of administrative experience preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
