Job Title: Clinical Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hospitalist Physician to join our team at a prestigious 380-bed hospital in central Florida.

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive annual salary, offering a 7-on-7-off block schedule with no call requirements.

The ideal candidate will be a certified Internal Medicine physician with excellent clinical skills and a strong commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality inpatient medical care to patients admitted to the hospital
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Salary:$275,000 - $325,000 annually

Requirements:

  • Board-certified Internal Medicine physician
