**Job Summary**

RMH Franchise Corporation is seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional service to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Mix and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests, adhering to our company's specifications.
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, including slicing fruit and vegetable garnishes for drinks.
  • Process transactions, including making change and completing charge card transactions.
  • Relay food orders to the kitchen via our point-of-sale computerized register system.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and maintaining the bar area.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management to ensure the effective and orderly operation of the restaurant.

**Qualification Standards**

  • Able to operate blenders, frozen drink machines, and other bar equipment.
  • Ability to stand during entire shift.
  • Frequent immersion of hands in water every five minutes.
  • Ability to transport glass racks and cases up to 25 pounds up to 15 times per shift.
  • Basic reading, writing, math, and verbal communication skills.
