Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in the Shelbyville, TN area. As a Private Duty LPN, you will work closely with patients and their families to deliver personalized care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes, as prescribed by physicians.
  • Record clinical and progress notes, and coordinate other patient care activities to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or designated supervisor.
  • Ensure confidentiality of patient health information and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Tennessee.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Previous home care experience preferred.
