About the Role

We are looking for a skilled IT Project Management Professional to support our client in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop a Business Requirements Document (BRD) that outlines business process flow, data elements, user roles/personas, and business rules.
  2. Create a draft business case that includes background information, agency needs, scope, technical considerations, implementation approach, cost estimates, and management approach.
  3. Prepare a bi-weekly status report summarizing progress and highlighting key accomplishments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of work experience in a similar field.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to lead tasks independently.
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and IT fundamentals.
  • Ability to create clear and concise documentation.
  • US Citizenship with active Secret clearance required.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
