Certified Surgical Technician Opportunity

As a Certified Surgical Technologist with Legent Health, you will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes patient safety, satisfaction, and quality care. This rewarding role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and a commitment to maintaining a sterile environment.
Surgical Technologist Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms and equipment for procedures.
- Set up and maintain sterile fields, ensuring maximum sterility throughout the procedure.
- Pass instruments and supplies to the surgeon, while maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with anesthesia and nursing teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or surgical setting.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, and sterile techniques.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
