About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Team Member to join our team at Tri City Foods, a growing Burger King franchise. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments, and respond to customer issues in a professional and polite manner.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and package food and drink products, verify order accuracy, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals, learn team effectiveness skills, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Store Maintenance: Clean dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds, and maintain Health and Safety standards in work areas.
  • Inventory Management: Unload and stock inventory items as needed, and perform duties at multiple workstations.

Requirements:

  • Personality and Skills: Personable, results-oriented self-starter, a go-getter, team contributor, and leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and previous customer service or food service experience.
  • Availability and Reliability: Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts, and reliable transportation.
