About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team as a Dish Washer. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom.

Responsibilities
  • Wash and Sanitize Equipment and Utensils: Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishware, glassware, and cooking utensils to the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Dishroom: Sweep, mop, and wipe down all surfaces to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Assist with Food Preparation: Assist our culinary team with food preparation, including tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling dishes.
  • Support Kitchen Operations: Assist with tasks such as running buss tubs, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Collaborate with Management: Work closely with our management team to ensure that all kitchen operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
