Job Description: Jobot is seeking a highly skilled Building Automation Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $140,000 per year

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with clients, building owners, consulting engineers, and contractors to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
  • Assist the Service Manager in project coordination, including engineering support, product purchases, and site scheduling.
  • Generate accurate and detailed submittals for customer approval, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely equipment procurement and delivery.
  • Prepare and organize Installation, Operation, and Maintenance (IOM) manuals for completed projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project performance from both a technical and financial perspective, ensuring projects are completed within scope and budget.
  • Communicate regularly with customers, building owners, consulting engineers, and contractors to address project needs and challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
