About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Early Childhood Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Stark County. As a key member of our team, you will work with young children and their families to promote social and emotional development, providing creative interventions in play, art, and music.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group counseling and psychotherapy to assigned caseloads
  • Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
  • Respond to mental health emergencies in a culturally responsive manner

  • Collaborate with staff and community partners to develop effective plans for supporting clients
Requirements
  • LSW or LCDC II license and related educational requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited program or Associate's degree in a behavioral science or nursing
  • Knowledge of human behavior, individual differences, learning, and motivation
  • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to form relationships with diverse populations
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
