Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Relationship Banker to join our team at our Palm Branch in Fresno, CA. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients and customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Expertise: Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Service: Perform full-service banking services, including new accounts, consumer loans, and client services, with a primary focus on sales and service.
  • Relationship Building: Establish, expand, and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized service focused on the specific needs of each banking customer.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all retail products and services, including consumer lending applications.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years' experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing, or other directly related experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a financial sales representative-oriented role preferred.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of mathematical calculations and standard banking products, services, and transactions, as well as solid knowledge of all retail products and services.
