**Job Title:** Registered Nurse - Inpatient Float Resource Level I

**Location:** Enola, Pennsylvania

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Inpatient Float Resource Level I. **Job Responsibilities:

* Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records
* Administer medications to patients while monitoring for reactions and side effects
* Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care

**Requirements:

* Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
* BLS certification required prior to orientation completion
* Minimum one (1) year of experience in critical care, emergency department, and/or women's and babies preferred
