About the Role

Astra ABA is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team of professionals. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing individualized therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Assessments: Oversee the completion of comprehensive assessments to identify strengths and areas of need for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures based on the principles of behavior analysis.
  • Staff Support: Provide daily support to staff members and families.
  • Supervision and Training: Provide ongoing supervision and training to other BCBAs, Behavior Technicians, and other team members.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions regarding treatment interventions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Professional Development: Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in the field of ABA and Autism treatment.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all Services are performed according to the insurance regulations and Authorization and submitted for accurate and timely billing.
Requirements
  • A master's degree and educational coursework completed in the areas of child development, special education, psychology, or related field.
  • Active BACB Certification, meets BACB Supervisor requirements.
  • North Carolina LBA certification
  • A minimum of two years' experience working with children with Autism
  • Active CPR training
