Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our team at T-ROC, an AT&T Authorized Vendor. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Salary: $17.00 per hour + uncapped commission potential. Your earnings will depend on your sales performance and ability to meet targets.
Job Description:
As a Retail Sales Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Promoting and selling AT&T Wireless Product offerings to customers in some of the nation's largest retailers.
- Exceeding sales targets and performance goals through effective communication, product knowledge, and relationship-building skills.
- BUILDING meaningful relationships with customers, retail leadership, and employees while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Developing solutions that meet customers' needs and promoting the AT&T brand through excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of AT&T's industry-leading wireless products and broadband service offerings, as well as the competitive environment.
- Attending daily training sessions and sales calls during assigned working hours to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or the service industry.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, closing sales while optimizing sales compensation earning potential.
- Reliable transportation for daily commutes, with regular attendance and punctuality.
- The willingness to work weekends, evenings, and regular business hours, as required by the role.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, walking, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving items (up to 50 pounds independently).
