About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished sales leader to join our dynamic team at Element Risk, a top-performing insurance agency.

In this critical role, you will lead a high-performing sales team, mentor and coach professionals to achieve individual and team goals, and foster a collaborative culture that prioritizes growth and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong strategic thinking ability.

Responsibilities:

  1. Mentorship and Development:
    • Provide guidance and support to new insurance producers, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to excel in their roles.
    • Lead onboarding and training sessions that embody our company's values and commitment to excellence.
    • Couch experienced producers to enhance their skills and grow their revenue book of business.
  2. Coaching and Performance Enhancement:
    • Collaborate with producers to identify growth opportunities and create personalized coaching plans.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and develop action plans to drive individual and team success.
  3. Leadership and Team Building:
    • Inspire a high-performing sales culture by leading with humility, authenticity, and a strong commitment to shared success.
    • Build trust and camaraderie within the team, ensuring alignment with our company's core values and collaborative culture.
  4. Strategic Goal Alignment:
    • Set and track individual and team sales goals, ensuring alignment with our company's overarching objectives.
    • Leverage data and insights to monitor progress and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  5. Cultural Fit:
    • Embody our company's core values, serving as a role model for proactive stewardship, confident humility, unshakable integrity, continuous improvement, and relentless perseverance.

Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year, based on experience.
