Job Title: Per Diem Home Health Nurse

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Per Diem Home Health Nurse to provide high-quality care to our clients in Pittsboro, North Carolina.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Per Diem Home Health Nurse. As a Per Diem Home Health Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and education.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document all client interactions, assessments, and care plans in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
  • Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience.
  • Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.
