ServiceMaster by Twins 2996 is seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. As a Restoration Technician, you will play a critical role in providing restoration services to our clients who have experienced damage from various sources, such as water, fire, mold, or other disasters.
Key Responsibilities- Pack Out and Pack Back Services: Travel to the loss site to properly inventory and sort textiles, electronics, art, and contents by using appropriate technology.
- Communication and Teamwork: Follow all procedures and guidelines per training protocols, communicate and follow verbal instructions from the lead CSR, and remain professional around homeowners, adjusters, and contractors.
- Receiving and Delivery: Assist the warehouse manager in unloading contents, organizing all contents based on cleaning method, identifying and separating for immediate needs, and using appropriate technology.
- Pack Out and Delivery: Ensure the truck is stocked with materials for the day, perform pack out based on normal flow textiles, electronics, art, contents, follow all procedures to properly inventory, eval, tag, and box, take appropriate photos, and keep a clean workstation.
- Education and Experience: High school graduate or equivalent, experience in the restoration or construction industry not required but preferred.
- Skills and Certifications: Valid Drivers License and satisfactory driving record, good verbal and written communication skills, good customer service skills, experience with using mobile software to enter data, and ability to read and follow product label usage instructions.
- Physical Demands: Move up to 70 pounds often, stand and walk for extended periods of time, express or exchange ideas with others quickly, receive and act on detailed information given, and use visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities.
