Licensed Practical Nurse for Assisted Living Facility

As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will:
- Assist in the development of resident care and service plans by gathering essential information based on individual age, needs, and capabilities.
- Effectively communicate with residents, their families, and fellow healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide education, guidance, and support to both residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the client service record to ensure continuity of care.
- Conduct supervisory visits to oversee the work of resident care assistants.
- Engage in educational programs and leverage current literature to enhance your professional skills.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to manage medication effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Experience: 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Licenses: Current LPN license and CPR certification.
