LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Assisted Living Position

Masonicare Corp seeks a skilled LPN to provide nursing care for residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care unit.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to resident care and service plans by collecting data and participating in regular care planning meetings.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with residents, families, colleagues, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Provide education, supervision, and counseling to residents and families regarding AL procedures and other care needs.
- Document accurate, pertinent, and comprehensive information in a timely and concise manner in the client service record.
- Conduct supervisory visits of resident care assistants, companions, and homemakers as required.
- Participate in educational programs, inservices, meetings, and workshops to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
- Under supervision, oversee medication management, including ordering, storing, reconciling, and preparing medications for administration.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or similar healthcare setting preferred.
- Current LPN license and CPR certification.
