Job Summary

As a Lean Specialist at NESC Staffing, you will play a key role in identifying areas for continuous improvement and leading cross-functional teams in the execution and reporting of quality improvement projects. Your focus will be on overall process improvements, scrap reduction, and incoming supplier quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution and reporting of quality improvement projects
  • Execute LEAN manufacturing techniques and design principles to improve process efficiency
  • Collaborate with suppliers to improve quality and reduce scrap
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles and techniques, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You will also need to be able to analyze data and develop strategies to improve process efficiency.
