Responsibilities and Requirements
Develop and maintain project budgets, monitor progress, and deliver comprehensive status reports. Lead planning, scheduling, and resource optimization for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. Ensure high-quality project execution and resolve schedule delays and conflicts effectively. Prepare written and oral communications for senior management and other groups. Align project activities with grant guidelines and ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulations. A Bachelor's Degree in a technology or business discipline, at least 10 years of experience in construction project management, and advanced proficiency in project management techniques, Microsoft office, and project management software are required.
