As Our Retail Operations Leader, You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of our retail store.
  • Developing strategies to enhance customer service, drive sales, and maximize profitability.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Scheduling employees effectively to maintain adequate coverage throughout the day.
  • Providing guidance and supervision to employees, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new store personnel.
  • Conducting training sessions for new employees on store policies and procedures.
  • Managing employee performance through evaluations, feedback, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintaining a well-stocked inventory and ensuring the timely processing of merchandise.
  • Promoting a positive and productive work environment.
