  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with services technicians, managers, and customers to ensure high-quality and timely expedition of customer issues.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School graduate or equivalent (GED)
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office platforms
