We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our team as a Lead Medical Laboratory Scientist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring the highest quality of patient care, and supporting the leadership of the division.
Key Responsibilities- Under the direction of a Supervisor, you will utilize your professional knowledge, skills, and judgment to perform a variety of technical, clerical, physical, and quality assurance functions.
- You will work independently, overseeing the day-to-day operation of the division, and support leadership of the division.
- You will accept responsibility for special projects/activities as agreed upon with the supervisor and/or manager.
- Bachelor's Degree in Science
- California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License upon hire or equivalent
- 1 year experience as a CLS
- Preferred Qualifications: ASCP certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology upon hire
