About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Sales Executive to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our service offerings to building owners and directors, primarily at the Director level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell Johnson Controls service offerings persuasively, persistently, and confidently to building owners at the D-level while reaching optimal profit levels.
  • Focus on improving existing buildings to help owners achieve business objectives, managing ongoing opportunities, particularly focusing on selling services and retrofits.
  • Sell, renew, and expand renewable service agreements, including multi-year agreements, to both new and existing customers.
  • Build partnering relationships with owners or their representatives responsible for the decision-making process to drive the sale of Johnson Controls service offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of six (6) years of progressive field sales experience.
  • At least one year of successful experience selling HVAC or building automation system services or projects.
  • Demonstrated commitment to integrity and quality in business.
  • Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence account decision-makers at key levels.
