Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse II to join our team at UNC Health. As a key member of our acute care unit, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
  • One (1) year of nursing experience.
