About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Virtually Integrated Care team at Dignity Health. As a Virtually Integrated Care RN, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the bedside care team through virtual technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide vital support to the interprofessional bedside team and patients/families using virtual technology
  • Enhance the patient experience and ensure each patient receives the highest level of care
  • Assist with essential nursing functions to unburden the workload of frontline care teams, allowing more time with patients and families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary patient care teams, provide guidance and mentorship, and lead the plan of care to deliver exceptional outcomes for patients
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3+ years of recent experience as a licensed nurse in acute care
  • Knowledge and ability to facilitate patient care across the continuum
  • Effective communication skills
  • Knowledge of use of EMR
  • Ability to use multiple technologies; audio/visual
  • Bachelor's Degree - BSN degree (or must be actively in pursuit of a BSN degree), graduation from an accredited American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Required within 6 months if applicable)
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider
  • Must reside in Arizona
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Nursing
